Absolutely awful company who don't give a stuff about their paying passengers. Rude staff, paid for drinks that never arrived, paid my bill before leaving the ship but was then told I hadn't paid and I was held to ransome and not allowed to get off until I paid again. Food awful, attractions on the boat not working, cabin keys not working and it took almost 3 hours to get into our cabin. Absolutely nothing to like about this cowboy cruise company and trying to get some resolutions on returning to the UK, there is no way to contact MSC. I tried calling, emailing and using Resolver and got absolutely nowhere. Don't waste your money, they should not be allowed to operate.

The lack of communication is just unacceptable, they send you plenty of emails to upgrade cabins but yet with real concerns on storms and itinerary changes very difficult to get answers. My travel agent couldn’t try more to make us a have pleasant experience, but I see them with their hands tied.Very difficult to recommend MSC .

Why can I not give no stars?!?! Worse customer service of any cruise ship I have ever experienced and I haven't even got on the ship yet. Send a question and are told "you will be contacted at a set time" no one contacts you. 6 emails/messages on serious points regarding our cruise ie wrong information on our check In or on MSC for me app. No contact, ridiculous.

If you are YOUNG COUPLES especially if you are ASIAN by race and thinking to have your vacation in a cruise,forget about MSC SEAVIEW
I'm saying this because of our EXPIRIENCE that we had during our trip them...

Amenities and the cruise is fine since it is new but the SERVICE is TERRIBLE.We have experienced extreme DISCRIMINATION and RACISM! Though we spend a lot on this trip.

Great staff and service, the only down side was the passengers, moaning about everything, if they got off their bums for 5 mins and stopped drinking maybe they would of enjoyed it, thanks MSC for wonderful cruise....

Paid for their fantastica experience so that we could choose our cabins as we are a family of 5 so need two cabins. However, on ticket issuing MSC changed our cabins with no notification. We ended up with one cabin in aft and another in forward on the MSC Virtuosa. Due to 3 young children it was impossible to manage across two cabins at opposite ends of the ship so ended up having to squeeze 5 people into an interior cabin for the week. Guest services in board were not only unhelpful but rude as well. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in cruising.

Turned up in the idyllic town of Flam Norway. to find one of your cruise ships pumping out terrible music all day and night. Ship ruined all the amazing views and atmosphere.

So booked the 7 night Saturday to Saturday cruise on MSC Preziosa from 5th to 12th November ,been told its now on MSC Virtuosa newer and bigger ship (yay,) BUT some pillock has amended the cruise so it now starts a day earlier,(!##££) and I am now on a guarantee cabin basis when I've paid for and picked a specific cabin (double#%%%%£).Who thinks that people can accommodate an extra days leave that near to xmad .Total Muppets

Excellent customer service, very efficient organisation. One of the best cruises ever. Congrats to the whole staff and their leaders . MSC is an example of good organised Company with an excellent customer care

Absolutely obnoxious is how I would describe MSC cruises. As I write this, a man is rambling in spanish on a loudspeaker inside our room. We cant turn it off and we dont speak spanish. I hate this cruise already.
